Roth Bacon Moon Attorneys is proud to welcome Hunter J. Dickson as our newest Associate Attorney. Mr. Dickson will focus on estates, trusts (including gun trusts), probate, taxation, business association planning, and commercial and residential real property matters.

Mr. Dickson graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. During his time at YSU, he served as president of the local chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the international organization for accounting, finance, and data analytics students and professionals.

 

In May 2025, Mr. Dickson earned his Juris Doctor degree and Tax Law certificate from Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law, where he also served as president of the Christian Legal Society. He successfully passed the July 2025 Bar Exam and was sworn in by the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2025.

Mr. Dickson brings valuable experience to our team, having interned with Community Legal Aid Services of Youngstown, Ohio, and with Roth Bacon Moon Attorneys during multiple law school breaks. He also volunteered as an income tax assistance preparer (VITA), further strengthening his expertise in tax-related matters.

A proud Ohioan, Mr. Dickson considers Wyandot County and the surrounding communities his home. Outside the courtroom, you’ll often find him on the tennis or pickleball courts, or enjoying his hobbies as an avid fly-fisherman, marksman, hiker, disc golf player, and reader of American literature. Mr. Dickson is engaged to his fiancée, Lexi, an interior designer.

Mr. Dickson is an active member of Gateway Church in Findlay, Ohio, the Ohio Bar Association, the National Italian American Bar Association, and the Rotary Club of Upper Sandusky.
